Honey Fruit Cocktail
2 large bananas, sliced
3/4 cup canned or refrigerated pineapple juice, divided
2 ripe but firm mangos, peeled, seeded and cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups red or green (or combination of the 2) seedless grapes
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
1 tbsp. honey
11/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1. Gently toss banana slices in 1/4 cup pineapple juice; set aside.
2. Combine mangos, grapes, and pineapple in a large bowl.
3. Whisk together remaining 1/2 cup pineapple juice, honey and cinnamon until blended. Pour over fruit and toss. Add reserved bananas and toss gently.
